Use and purpose of the data obtained
The data we request in the form on our website are adequate, relevant and strictly necessary for the purpose of responding to your request for information, and in no case are you obliged to provide them. The mandatory data are specified in the form itself. You also assure us that all data provided are true, accurate and relevant to the purpose for which we request them, and that you are not registered in any Robinson file or any other similar exclusion list.
The personal data provided will be kept as long as the business relationship is maintained, and once the aforementioned relationship ends, they will be kept blocked for the legally established period of time, before their destruction.
The sending of the same implies your express authorization to incorporate them to our corresponding files, as long as THE COMPANY considers it convenient for the management of the request you request.
Likewise, you expressly consent that your personal data may be transferred to third party companies when necessary for the management of your request.
